I found this article in the National Post featuring the devil of the kitchen. U.S. television network star Gordon Ramsay is up for another 2 gruelling seasons of Hell’s Kitchen and another season of Kitchen Nightmares. The television network has hit Ramsay up for another show where we can see more kitchen mayhem, Man Camp. The show, hosted by Ramsay, will challenge the masculinity of men physically and mentally. By the end of the show they’ll prove to their women just how manly they are, and they’ll also be able to cook. Even with so many shows, Gordon Ramsay still sees himself solely as a chef, not a TV star.

Accounting is a huge factor in deciding to develop a new show. Financial statements and annual reports would have had to display that Ramsay’s first 2 shows of Hell’s Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares were extremely successful, bringing in good ratings and reviews. There would have had to been enough profit from the previous shows to be able to fund for another one. Creating another show for the chef was possible also because the large corporations that it’s part of such as the Food Network. Some financing activities such as obtaining funds are needed to build the buildings and facilities for the show to take place.

I personally think that launching another show for chef Gordon Ramsay is a little repetetive. We've already seen him dealing with so much culinary nonsense on 2 shows, which makes you wonder why he needs a third one. I figured it's because of the amount of popularity and profit it's expected to bring in. As the show makes it's debut on the Food Network channel, I will probably makes some time to watch an episode or two just to see what difference there is between this new show and his other 2, besides the names of them.
